Role: Sales Manager

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Determining property buyer’s needs and financial abilities to propose residential projects/properties that suit them
  • Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the specified area/city
  • Developing relationships with builders and investors and end-customers and aggressively achieving the sales target
  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory
  • Conducting market review/studies and analyzing competitor"s activities thereby devising strategies to counter them
  • Continuous follow-up with the buyers for their requirements.
  • Coordination with various functions/departments at various stages of the assigned project (like customer service development, projects, legal, accounts, etc)
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  • Report on sales activities to senior management
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures, collecting customer feedback and market research

 

Must haves:

  • Candidates preferred from Real Estate industry
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs
  • Ability to work remotely and independently; meeting timelines and deliverables
  • Well organized, Self-disciplined, Ethical and Honest, Takes Ownership, Interpersonal Skills, Attention to detail, Communication Skills, Negotiation skills, Energetic, Positive and Professional
